Treatments on the surface of the finished product
Some additional surface treatments on the finished product are carried out, subject to the customer's consent, for example:
- Silicone coating
- Talcing
- Molicottatura
- Covering with PTFE-based slip waxes (Lubrisec and equivalent)
- Overcoating with different types of Gleitmo products by Fuchs
- Plasma coatings
This quality underlining is carried out in order to:
- improve the slip properties of the gaskets during assembly and allow for an optimal arrangement of them in the boxes.
- minimize negative effects such as breakaway and sliding friction, wear and the propensity of the pieces to stick together.
